Mr Moleketi is a former Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of South Africa and Gauteng Province MEC of Finance and Economic Affairs as well as a director of several companies listed on the JSE Limited. He is non-executive Chairman of PPC Limited and non-executive director of Remgro. He holds postgraduate economics and management qualifications from the University of London and Harvard Business School and has extensive international exposure, extensive strategic leadership skills and in-depth corporate governance experience in both the public and private sectors. He is a non-executive director and shareholder of EOH’s black empowerment partner, Lebashe Investment Group.

Nosipho has a wealth of experience spanning over several years as an independent non-executive director serving on company boards in various sectors of industry. She currently serves on the boards of Alexander Forbes Group Holdings Limited, Engen Limited, Investec Property Fund Limited, MTN Group Limited and is a member of the University of Johannesburg Council. She previously served as a director on South32 Coal Holdings Proprietary Limited, Old Mutual Limited as well as various MTN Group subsidiaries in the rest of Africa where she chaired the audit committees. She is commercially astute and has a deep level of technical accounting knowledge with an objective and broad-minded approach that stems from her multi-sector experience as well as her exposure to diverse cultures.

Andrew started his career in Sales & Marketing with AECI. He moved to their parent company ICI in the UK before returning to South Africa. He was then Managing Director of a number of smaller, privately owned businesses or divisions of a listed group. He was appointed CEO of the listed group Oceana in 1999, and remained there until 2009 when he joined Nampak as CEO. He retired from Nampak in 2014. He is currently the Chairman of Ster Kinekor Theatres.

Sipho brings over twenty years of HR experience spanning across a broad range of industries due to his roles at various companies including Nampak, South African Breweries and Standard Bank. He has held several prominent board and board subcommittee roles and is currently on the boards ofthe chairman of the Fibre Processing and Manufacturing Seta and Ith boards as well as a member of the Toyota South Africa Motors Board, where he serves as a member of the audit committee and Sovereign Africa Ratings.

Veronica Motloutsi is the founder and CEO of SmartDigital Solutions (Pty) Ltd, a leading company specializing in digital transformation. With over 25 years of extensive experience in the ICT sector, Veronica has established herself as a distinguished leader, both in South Africa and across the broader African continent. She possesses deep industry knowledge and a proven track record in driving ICT innovation and governance excellence. Veronica’s career includes significant roles such as Executive Head of Commercial Operations for International Markets (African operations) at Vodacom and overseeing commercial operations. Group Manager for IT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture at Sun International: Led strategic IT initiatives and enterprise architecture, and Lead Architect for Account Origination and Maintenance at Nedbank where she played a pivotal role in developing and maintaining key banking systems, and Sasol.

Currently, Veronica serves as a non-executive director at SENTECH SOC Limited. She is also the deputy chairperson of the .za Domain Name Authority (ZADNA) and VulaTel. Her comprehensive expertise includes governance and regulatory frameworks, making her a valuable asset in various leadership capacities.

Since 2014 Rhys has held the position of founder and investor at Milkwood Capital, a long-term, value oriented, global investment company, based in Windsor, United Kingdom. During this time, Rhys has successfully promoted the value realization of a number of investments through efficient capital allocation and decision-making, by taking stakes in out-of-favour companies and influencing their path to recovery. From 2009 to 2013, Rhys held the position of Managing Director and Global Head of Emerging Market Equity Research at Citigroup, managing the number one ranked research franchise. Prior to that, Rhys was a telecoms and media analyst at Citigroup and Cazenove.

Rhys is currently on the board of Nasdaq-listed Nexxen International and other unlisted investment companies.

Dennis started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers before embarking on an entrepreneurial journey which led to him founding Quarry Cats (Pty) Ltd in 1997, a company involved in the supply of construction materials and crushing services to the construction and mining industries and the production of commercial aggregates; which was eventually sold to Group Five Limited in 2007. Thereafter, Dennis grew Atoll as a premier entity for offshore mining operations, overseeing its expansion into lucrative markets, including the United States and Netherlands. He currently oversees a diversified investment portfolio.

Marius is by nature an entrepreneur with extensive experience as an owner and operator of retail operations. Prior to his appointment as interim chief executive officer of the EOH Group, Marius was the chief executive officer of EOH’s largest division, iOCO South Africa. He played an integral role in the restructuring of EOH and has been on the EOH executive committee since 2019.

Before joining EOH in 2019, Marius spent a decade in financial services, serving five years at Absa as chief executive officer of Distribution Coverage and Customer Channels and a further five years prior to that at Standard Bank as head of Group Real Estate and head of Channel Development.

Marialet has extensive expertise in financial control, financial management, accounting, international taxation, financial reporting, within a large listed corporation. Her advanced business and financial acumen ensure a firm understanding of effective processes and systems, including stakeholder engagement, results orientation and continuous improvement.

As head of iOCO Digital, Brian has extensive experience in the ICT industry spanning over 25 years, having worked in various management and executive positions. He was co-founder and owner of Airborne Consulting, a successful software development company which was acquired by EOH in 2011. Brian continued at the helm of Airborne Consulting for a number of years and in recent years took on a new regional role as Head of the Western Cape.

Natasha is a business strategist and strategy execution professional. She started her career in 2000 with global strategy consulting firm, Monitor Group (now Monitor Deloitte), before joining the Barclays (Absa) Africa Group in 2006, where she was initially focused on strategy development within Investment Banking. During her 13-year tenure, she held a number of strategic and operational roles across Trading, Custody and Strategy as well as running large strategic IT project execution. Her most recent role prior to joining EOH was heading up International Banking in South Africa.
